Spherion Staffing Leesburg, FL is looking for Customer Service Representatives to join a busy Golf Cart Service Department located in The Villages.The schedule is Monday to Friday 7:30 am to 4:30 pm with a starting pay rate of $15.00/hr.Customer Service Representatives are responsible for answering customer inquires, scheduling appointments, data entry, answering phone calls and emails for the service department. Worksite may vary at four different service locations in The Villages.Responsibilities:- Answer the main telephone line. - Receive customer inquiries, provide requested information, or route call to proper person. - Schedule service orders, enter and track orders into the system daily. - Facilitate customer requests by providing outstanding, friendly service efficiently and timely. - Investigate customer warranty details and questions and communicate effectively with the customer in a timely manner. - Assist walk-in customers with parts, returns, and replacement questions. - Processes billing and collects payments from customers. - Reconciles daily cash. - Attend any staff meetings as needed. - Participate in continuing education sessions when offered. - Clean and maintain work area. - Help where needed when directed by supervisor.- Demonstrate punctuality and consistent attendance- Relocate to other locations as needed- Dress codes as specified by supervisorWorking hours: 7:30 AM - 4:30 PMSkills:-Familiarity with golf carts, their components, and common service needs is desirable.-Proficient computer skills and experience with service management software or systems.-Ability to work independently and as part of a team, fostering a cooperative work environment.Education:High SchoolExperience:0-1 yearsQualifications:- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED - Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.- Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers, copiers and fax machines. - Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Must remain professional, responsive, and cooperative at all times and consistently produce quality work while meeting deadlines.For immediate consideration apply today with your resume or call/text our office at 352-###-####.Spherion Staffing1710 Citrus Blvd.Leesburg, FL 34748Spherion has helped thousands of people just like you find work happiness!
