Pay Rate: $18 - $20 per hour
Shift: Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
The Customer Service Representative will work with team members to support and grow the Grove Defense business.
Responsibilities:
* Lead production planning meetings with purchasing and military product teams.
* Support whole goods quote requests and ensure compliance with FAR and DFAR regulations.
* Develop training materials for Manitowoc's dealer network on government contracts.
* Assist with Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) implementation.
* Submit the annual Grove Defense Small Business Plan to DCMA.
* Maintain Government Property records and submit annually to DCMA.
* Update quarterly business reviews and develop subcontractor agreements.
* Process Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs) and support business continuity.
* Provide quotes, manage customer orders, and resolve discrepancies.
* Collaborate internally with departments such as engineering, purchasing, and quality.
* Communicate externally with the Defense Logistics Agency, TACOM, Oshkosh Defense, and U.S. Military personnel.
Qualifications:
* Associate/Technical degree with 5+ years of experience or high school diploma with 9+ years of related experience.
* Experience with government accounts preferred.
* Proficient in MS Office (Teams, Excel, Access, PowerPoint) and ERP systems.
* Ability to read diagrams and parts illustrations.
* Knowledge of FAR, government contracting, and compliance preferred.
* Strong communication, problem-solving, negotiation, and time management skills. Detail-oriented.
