Come be a part of a dynamic company where your enthusiasm and skills will shine!THE DAY TO DAY...Order processing for customers as it relates to the parts business: US & Canadian Dealers, National Accounts, State & Government AgenciesComplete external and internal order processing, RMA's, product registration support, and dealer locator supportSuccessful communication in support of the customer with the internal teams of TAC, DC staff and sourcingSuccessfully apply field promotions ensuring pricing and terms are executed correctlyCommunicate process and system issues related to order processing to leadershipWill have knowledge of credit card order processing and all processes related to these transactionsActively attend and participate in required trainingStay current with system and product information, changes, and updatesIdentify and implement process improvements for workflows they overseeTHE QUALIFICATIONS...Completion of a high school diploma/general education degree (GED) requiredMinimum of 2 years of experience in customer serviceExperience answering high-volume calls preferredAbout AriensCoSince 1933, the AriensCo name has been associated with reliable, durably crafted, high-performance outdoor power equipment.
