An international Aerospace company is hiring a Customer Service Representative to join their team! We are seeking an entry level go getter seeking a role where they will learn new skillsets and develop their career in customer service. Microsoft Excel experience is preferred. Responsibilities

+ Handle Quotation Requests: Review requests to check stock availability, contracts, and past orders to provide accurate quotes.

+ Prepare Customer Offers: Create the best possible offer based on certifications, pricing, and delivery timelines provided by the Procurement team.

+ Follow Up with Customers: Maintain communication through emails, calls, video meetings, or visits to ensure good customer relationships.

+ Build Customer Relationships: Provide clear information about products, orders, and contracts, explaining any technical details as needed.

+ Resolve Complaints: Work with managers and other departments to address and solve customer issues.

+ Monitor Performance: Track sales and performance goals daily, using tools like Qlik, and take action to improve results if needed.

+ Support Other Tasks: Help with any additional duties to keep the company running smoothly.
