Basnett Plumbing, Heating & AC is a family-owned business in Littleton, MA, focused on providing reliable expert care to the customers while sharing in the success of the company and enjoying a healthy work/life balance.We are currently looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team!In this position, you will be taking inbound calls and setting up service/maintenance appointments, as well as making outbound calls to our current clients to check in after service has been completed and offering additional products and services. This position requires a genuine and friendly phone voice and personality, along with strong multi-tasking abilities.
