This role involves providing exceptional support to our customers, ensuring their inquiries are addressed promptly and professionally. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a key role in maintaining customer satisfaction and helping improve our customer service processes.Responsibilities:* Respond to customer inquiries via email promptly and in alignment with guidelines from the Customer Service Manager.* Monitor emerging customer issues and assist in identifying and resolving concerns proactively.* Use Bloom's preferred platforms to manage inquiries and resolve customer issues.* Provide insights and recommendations to enhance customer service tools, processes, and strategies.* Follow up with customers to ensure their needs are fully met and to ensure a positive overall experience.* Assist the Customer Service Manager with ad hoc tasks and special projects as needed.Qualifications:* Entry-Level Experience: While prior customer service experience is a plus, it is not required.
