Ability to use multiple software systems at one time.* Cameras are required to be turned on during training and all meetings.* Self-motivated and able to adapt and comprehend changes in business processes and procedures* Excellent written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills.* Time management and organizational skills. Self-directed.* Ability to make quality independent decisions. Analytical and strong problem solving skills.* Ability to work effectively and efficiently under tight deadlines, high volumes, and multiple interruptions.* Ability to maintain the strictest levels of confidentiality.* Able to develop effective coworker relationships and collaborate and work to meet team goals consistently.* Criminal record check and drug test required.Work from Home Requirements* Environment: Quiet, secure, and distraction free for the duration of working hours.
