This full-time, long-term opportunity is perfect for an individual who excels in delivering exceptional service, troubleshooting customer inquiries, and ensuring first-call resolution for a variety of support needs. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and organizational skills, with a particular focus on using Microsoft Office Suite and Genesys Help Desk software to manage requests efficiently. Experience working with diverse groups, including foreign nationals, is highly valued.
Key Responsibilities:
- Real-Time Support: Provide prompt, courteous, and effective support to employees via multiple communication channels, including phone, voicemail, and email (Outlook).
- Customer Inquiry Management: Use Genesys Help Desk software to track and resolve customer issues, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and first-contact resolution.
- Problem Solving: Assist customers with challenges related to Microsoft Office products, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel, ensuring smooth workflows and resolving concerns quickly.
- Data Updates: Maintain and manage organization charts, associate rosters, and related records to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
- Compliance and Documentation: Identify and escalate compliance-related issues through proper channels, ensuring adherence to company policies and legal requirements.
- Process Assistance: Support documentation and administrative needs related to US immigration (USCIS) and HR processes, providing accurate and timely service.
- Administrative Support: Schedule meetings, handle phone calls, and perform other administrative tasks as needed to enhance the customer service function.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Hands-on experience with Genesys Help Desk software.
- Strong ability to identify and resolve customer inquiries effectively and efficiently.
- Experience working with foreign nationals and managing sensitive documentation.
- Familiarity with HR compliance and USCIS processes is a plus.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional demeanor.
