Superior Care.As part of our growing healthcare team, you will handle inbound and outbound calls, assist patients with billing inquiries, and ensure their satisfaction while maintaining our high standards of care.Job ResponsibilitiesAs a healthcare CSR, you will:
- Manage high volumes of inbound calls from patients with billing inquiries or payment questions.
- Make outbound collection calls to patients with past-due balances.
- Enter and maintain accurate patient information in the customer information system.
- Act as a liaison between patients and our company, ensuring clear communication and problem resolution.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing issues and concerns with professionalism and care.
- Stay informed about customer needs and trends to continuously improve satisfaction and loyalty.
QualificationsWe are looking for someone with:Education
- High School Diploma or GED required (some college preferred).
Experience
- Minimum of 1 year of inbound/outbound call center experience in a medical office, clinic, or institutional setting.
- Experience in radiology or healthcare is a strong advantage.
Skills & Abilities

- Proven ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism and composure.
- Strong problem-solving and time-management skills to manage multiple priorities effectively.
