The Customer Service Representative plays a vital role to our daily operations and will provide an elite level of customer service to crew and passengers by providing everything they need to have an extraordinary stay, including a warm welcome and concierge service. The Customer Service Representative will also collaborate with ground personnel to ensure all ground services are completed and invoiced. Greet customers in a friendly, professional mannerProvide concierge services to pilots and customers including making reservations as requiredInvoicing for services rendered to customers and pilotsRecord customer preferences in Million Air internal systemProactive preparation for all incoming aircraftProvides timely feedback to the company regarding service failures or customer concernsPartner with line service team to meet and exceed customer's service expectationsKeep hospitality bar stocked with snacks and beveragesMaintain neat work area at all times to include front desk, lobby, and all FBO amenitiesReasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.CompetenciesCustomer focus- naturally outgoing/extrovertedCommunicate with customers and employees in person, on phone, and through radio communicationsStrong computer skills including Microsoft office products and point of sale programsBasic mathematical knowledgeMust be able to operate a motor vehicle and be insurable by Company insurance policy (Requires clean driving record)Reporting RelationshipThis position reports to the Customer Service Manager.Work EnvironmentThis position operates in a professional environment, which may include exposure to all types of weather conditions and direct contact with both moving and non-moving aircraft.Physical DemandsThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job, to include but not limited to:Must be able to lift 25 poundsStand to greet customers during verbal exchanges, walk throughout the facility to interact with customersPossible exposure to hazardous noise levels, chemicals, fumes, and machineryPosition Type and Expected Hours of WorkThis is a non-exempt positionThis position includes shift work which requires working evenings and weekends, and on scheduled company holidays.TravelNo travel is expected for this position.Education, Experience, and Eligibility QualificationsCustomer service experience preferably in the service industryHigh School Diploma or equivalentEntry level positionAbility to work evenings weekends, and holidaysAcceptable driving recordAbility to pass a background checkZero tolerance drug free employer includes pre-employment and random screeningAAP/EEO StatementMillion Air is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer/Protected Veteran/DisabledOther DutiesPlease note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this position.
