The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience, excellent multitasking abilities, and strong problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls and respond to customer emails in a timely and professional manner, providing accurate and relevant information to healthcare customers.
- Use a database to retrieve customer or company information, ensuring that all details are up to date.
- Follow detailed instructions to provide accurate responses, demonstrating patience, tact, empathy, and problem-solving skills.
- Organize and manage calls and emails efficiently, ensuring speed and accuracy in all communications.
- Work with complex computer applications and resources to resolve customer inquiries.
- Demonstrate critical thinking, multitasking, and the ability to handle varying customer needs.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) while knowing when to seek assistance from supervisors or colleagues.
- Continuously improve by scoring 80% or higher on all training assessments.
- Work collaboratively within a team environment to meet organizational goals.
Required Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in a customer service or related role, preferably in healthcare.
- A 4-year equivalent college degree.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams).
- Strong multitasking ability and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage calls, emails, and customer interactions with accuracy.
