- Represent us by answering calls, setting sales and service appointments, and following up with customers on various issues
- Keep customer records and database current
- Communicate with customers to ensure their satisfaction with our work
- Provide tactical support to other departments of the company
- Provide customers with a remarkable experience
What We Need for this Role
- Experience in the customer service field
- Exceptional telephone and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in computer programs and apps
- Ability to make a large number of calls to prospective clients per day and even with constant rejection, have the persistence and positive attitude to continue in these efforts every day
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
