Summary of Position

Essential Job Requirements
* Must be able to multi-task between various responsibilities
* Provide friendly, accurate and complete information to customers
* Respond to requests and resolve customer concerns as they arise
* Must be able to make hard decisions and handle stressful situations while deescalating difficult callers
* Must be able to meet deadlines with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality

Required Education
High School diploma or equivalent experience in a related field
Required Skills
* Call center experience preferred
* Ability to find, read, interpret and document information from multiple sources including state and/or company systems
* Ability to type a minimum of 25 wpm
* Ability to sit for extended periods of time
Available Schedules
* Full Time - 40 hours per week
* Part Time Benefit Eligible - 30 hours or more per week
* Part Time - less than 30 hours per week
