Position Title: Customer Service Representative
Compensation: $20-$25/hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM - CONTRACT TO PERM
Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. This position requires strong communication skills, adaptability, and a passion for providing exceptional customer support. The role involves working with Salesforce and Extensiv, teachable platforms that will be integral to daily responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries ensuring a positive and professional experience.
- Utilize Salesforce and Extensiv platforms to manage and document customer interactions, resolve issues, and track service requests.
- Assist customers with product or service-related questions
- Process and track customer orders, returns, and service requests, ensuring accurate and timely resolution.
- Proactively communicate with customers regarding order status, shipping updates, or any issues that may arise.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including operations, sales, and logistics, to address and resolve customer concerns efficiently.
- Identify recurring issues or trends and escalate them to the appropriate department for resolution.
- Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge to provide accurate information and recommendations to customers.
- Support special projects or initiatives as assigned, including contributing to process improvements for customer service operations.
Qualifications:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to learn and effectively use new software platforms such as Salesforce and Extensiv.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
