Sewer Equipment is adding a Customer Service Representative to our team. This position champions the after sales effort by building & maintaining relationships with customers, solving problems and ensuring positive interactions for a perceived value-added to every transaction.Duties and Responsibilities:
- Process orders ranging in difficulty from basic to very complex.
- Maintain accurate records of prices, inventory, and other key information
- Navigate between multiple data sources to provide Warranty and RMA support for our customers
- Record all sales transactions in Made2Manage software
- Follow prescribed credit card processing procedures
- Provide communication and support to associated departments and managers to enable best practices
- Any additional duties assigned by the manager
Commitments and Location:
- Full-time role based in Dixon, IL
- Monday through Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm in office
Benefits Include:
- Pay range of $40,000 - $55,000
- Aftermarket Distribution Bonus, paid quarterly. Average 2023 annual payout was $6.00/hr. Payouts are based on overall company profitability and attendance.

Requirements
- Task itemization and prioritizing
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word and Outlook
- Familiarity with finding files on computer
- Ability to learn operation of our ERP system - Made to Manage
- Ability to speak effectively
- Good listening skills & Strong organizational skills
- 3+ years of experience in a Customer Service or Inventory management role strongly preferred
