We are looking for motivated and a positive candidate for our Oahu branches who enjoy customer interaction and building relationships. This position could morph into a management position down the road. Candidates will be engaging by having good verbal and written communication skills while paying attention to detail. As a Customer Service Representative, you will learn to perform the receipt and processing of deposits, payments, withdrawals and deposit account openings. Hours are Monday through Friday with weekends off.
Minimum Requirements:
* Cash handling and customer service experience is helpful.
* High School Diploma or equivalent.
* Ability to accurately and efficiently process cash handling and account transactions.
* Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
* Maintain knowledge and have the ability to sell/refer Finance Factors products and services.
* Build and maintain ongoing external and internal customer relationships.
* Ability to learn and apply basic deposit regulatory compliance requirements.
* Previous banking experienced is helpful.
