Job Description:
Compensation: $20-25/hr The Customer Service Representative will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support throughout their experience with our company. This role involves handling inquiries, processing orders, resolving issues, and ensuring that customers receive timely and accurate information. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, preferably within the manufacturing or building materials industry. Responsibilities
    • Customer Inquiries: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels, providing accurate information about products, services, and order status.
    • Order Processing: Process customer orders, including entering details into the system, verifying accuracy, and coordinating with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery.
    • Issue Resolution: Address and resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally, working to achieve a satisfactory resolution and maintain positive customer relationships.
    • Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of our product offerings, including specifications, features, and benefits, to effectively assist customers and provide expert guidance.
    • Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales, production, and logistics, to ensure that customer needs are met and that any issues are addressed in a timely manner.
    • Documentation: Keep accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback, ensuring that all information is documented in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
    • Continuous Improvement: Provide feedback and suggestions for process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and streamline operations.
    • Customer Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up communications with customers to ensure their needs have been met and to gather feedback on their experience.
Requirements
    • Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service role, preferably within the manufacturing or building materials industry.
    • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally.
    • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to resolving issues and addressing customer concerns.
$20 - $25 an hour
