Hours for 2nd shift: 2pm-12am Sunday- Wednesday or Wednesday to Saturday Hours for 3rd shift: 12am-10am Sunday- Wednesday or Wednesday to Saturday 100% In officeCustomer Service Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and resolve problems that arise
- Coordinate maintenance visits with clients and complete all follow up documentation
- Monitor critical alarms and dispatch emergency technicians as needed
- Additional duties as requested by manager
Customer Service Requirements:
- The candidate MUST have at minimum 2 years of RECENT experience working in a professional office environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen per client requirement
