· General office tasks such as answering phone calls, electronic filing of documents and general emails
· Process returns for instruments in-warranty and out-of- warranty service
· Follow up for payment /approval for RMA orders emailed to customers
· Email customer invoices as needed
· Process Loaner orders for customers
· Process CC payments
· Follow up on open RMA's and outstanding Loaners
· Process customer orders and do any necessary follow up
· Complete customer documentation requests as needed
