Responsibilities: Obtain and direct written purchase orders via email, fax, EDI, or mail Resolve order discrepancies through communication with management Handle expedited requests and provide necessary updates to customers Provide information on product availability as well as pricing Relationship building Qualifications: Previous experience in a call center environment is required Keen attention to detail Advanced knowledge with the Microsoft Office Products Skills: Strong interpersonal skills in a call center environment A consistent level of professionalism at all times Problem solving skills Experience: One year of experience required Employment Type: Contract to Hire Compensation: $18.00 to $19.00 an hour Work Hours: Full Time 40 Hours per week 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and 401K plan.
