We are committed to delivering exceptional service and value to our clients through our dedicated team of professionals.Key Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions in a timely manner- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy when interacting with customers- Process orders, forms, applications, and requests in an accurate and timely manner- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfactionRequired Skills and Qualifications:- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening- Excellent communication and presentation skills- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferredThe pay range for this role is:26 - 30 USD per hour(Las Vegas)PI814f0bfcf2f9-35216-#######1
