Job Description:

Staff Management | SMX, a leading provider of custom designed staffing solutions, has immediate openings for Remote Customer Support Representatives with our premier client in Indianapolis, IN. This is a full time position with a strong focus on customer service. Come join our crew at 2720 Tobey Drive and receive a wage of $16-$17/hour. All positions have the potential for permanent hire and must be located within 1 hour of the jobsite.

Job Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate basic knowledge of product and product features for assigned brand
  • Demonstrate basic knowledge of internal processes and system tools
  • Manage customer service interactions by providing accurate and efficient resolution to incoming requests via phone, email, and/or the client's online portal
  • Meet all service level agreements as assigned
  • Utilize and manage appropriate ERP business systems
  • 6+ months of customer service
  • Experience in a fast paced, collaborative, team environment
  • MS Outlook & Excel experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • PO Management experience preferred but not required

Associate Requirements

  • HS Diploma or GED
  • Background Check
  • Drug Test
  • Must be at least 18 years old

The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $16.00 - $17.00 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law.
