We are a rapidly growing industry leader with seven locations serving Central Florida - Clermont, Davenport, Ft. Myers, Jacksonville, Melbourne, Sanford (headquarters), and Apollo Beach.**

We are currently hiring for Customer Service Representatives. This position's primary responsibility is to communicate with clients to determine the need in which they are requesting of the service department for their A/C equipment.

**Qualifications :**

* High school diploma or equivalent required. Any combination of education, training, and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position may be considered.

* **Minimum 1 year of call center/customer service experience.**

* **Must be Bilingual (English & Spanish)**

* Computer literate with expert knowledge in MS Office Suite Word, Excel, PowerPoint; working knowledge of all office equipment.

* Eligible to legally work in the United States.

* Be at least 18 years of age.

* Ability to speak Spanish preferred but not required.

* Successfully complete a background check and drug screen.

* Ability to thrive in a team environment.
