**Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:**
* Maintain positive customer relationships
* Create business contacts for company growth
* Mail letters to customers to encourage payment of delinquent accounts.
* Confers with customers both in-person and by telephone in an attempt to determine the reason for overdue payment, reviewing terms of the contract with the customer.
* Contacts delinquent account customers in person.
* Record and communicate information about the status of collection efforts.
* Sorts and files correspondence.
* Receives payments and posts amount paid to the customer account.
