Job Description: As a Customer Service Manager you will equip our agency to continually achieve our customer service support, retention, and growth. Qualifications:
  • Bachelors Degree or relevant work experience
  • Must currently possess both Property & Casualty and Life & Health Licenses
  • Relative State Farm Experience (1-3 yrs. Preferred)
  • Familiarity with State Farm Products, Services and Systems/Applications
  • Experience in managing customer service and sales (1-3 yrs. Preferred)
  • Experience in strategic planning and resource allocation.
  • Familiarity of HR Policies & Procedures as it relates to State Farm
  • Must already have Property & Casualty and Life & Health Licenses
  • Dedication to Customer Service
  • Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening.
  • Proactive in problem-solving and strong judgement and decision making skills.
  • Experience in Marketing
  • Achievements in Mutually Agreed Upon Marketing Goals
Responsibilities:
  • Empower our Steve Womack agency by implementing and supporting office policies and consistently ensuring the execution of advantageous customer experiences.
  • Directly supervise and coordinate the daily activities, reports, goals and results of all customer support team members in our Memphis, TN, Southaven, MS and El Paso, TX agencies.
  • Create smooth operations to actualize the opportunities offered to people by insurance products and financial services.
  • Incorporate strong customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
  • Use exemplary communication to efficiently meet the needs of customers while promoting the development of our business.
  • Resolve customer complaints and answer customer questions regarding policies and procedures

Hours: Monday-Friday 8:30 AM 5:00 PM Offices: Located in Memphis, TN (Main Office), Southaven, MS and El Paso, TX. Compensation: $60,000-$72,000+ Per YearOur compensation expectations show a range of our salary plus commission system.
