- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
- Identify customer needs and provide personalized recommendations

- Stay up to date with industry trends and product knowledge
- Proactively identify and problem-solve for customers in a timely manner
- Navigate company software and policy management systems

Basic Qualifications
- Bilingual English/Spanish required
- 1+ years of experience working in a customer-facing role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Time management and organizational skills
- Knowledge of insurance policies is a plus!
Required Education/Licenses
- High School Diploma or equivalent
