As a customer service representative, you will be the primary contact for all customer interactions. You will play a vital role in ensuring a positive customer experience by providing exceptional service and support related to our insurance products and services. We will train you! Previous insurance experience is preferred but not required. Responsibilities
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.

Requirements
