ROLE DESCRIPTION:Successful State Farm Agent is seeking a qualified professional to join their winning team as a Customer Service Representative. We seek an energetic professional interested in helping to service and grow our customer base. You will service State Farm Insurance products over the phone and in-person.Grow your career as you help your community. You will be provided all resources, trainings, and leads necessary to succeed in our team-based environment. PAY: $30,000-40,000RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.
- Establish customer relationships and find the best State Farm product to help our customers.
- Assist customers with billing inquiries.
- Help customers with policy coverage changes and other required needs.
