- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Assist clients with policy changes and updates.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with clients.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience required. Experience with State Farm systems is preferred.
- Must currently have state of Illinois Property and Casualty licenses.
