ROLE DESCRIPTION:As a Customer Care Representative with our office, you will generate the kind of exceptional client experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, service our existing clients accounts, uncover new opportunities, refer new sales opportunities, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support. QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
