ROLE DESCRIPTION:As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Andrew Evans - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional client experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support. This part-time role is perfect for a person looking to supplement their household income without the commitment of jumping into a full-time career. We anticipate this being a 24-32 hour per week position. There is some flexibility allowed with the hours, however, Monday and Friday hours will be required. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Assist clients with policy changes and updates.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with clients.
- Process customer payments
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Set appointments for other team members in the office
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
- Strong employment history at previous positions
