What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Provide exceptional customer service and support for customers of a global giant in the streaming media and entertainment industry
- Troubleshoot and assist with streaming services on various devices
- Utilize Microsoft Office and CRM applications to manage customer interactions
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and multitasking abilities
- Use multiple applications simultaneously to provide efficient and effective support
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Experience working in a customer service or contact center environment with a passion for providing an exceptional guest experience
- Experience with streaming to include basic troubleshooting skills, and demonstrated understanding of streaming services on phones, smart TVs, etc.
- Basic PC keyboarding skills; Microsoft Office experience (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Technical support experience
- Strong problem-diagnosis and problem-solving skills
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- 0-2 years of experience as a customer service representative in a streaming media or entertainment industry
