CGS is seeking a Customer Service Representative specializing in Subsidized Apartment/Property Management to join our team supporting a wide-ranging customer support initiative for a large Federal agency. Skills and attributes for success:
* Demonstrated ability to follow policies, procedures, and regulations
* Professional, effective communicator with demonstrated de-escalation skills
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* MS Office (Outlook, Word, Teams etc) and ability to navigate relevant web sites
* Keyboarding proficiency of 40+ words per minute
Qualifications:
* High School diploma or General Educational Development (GED) certificate
* Minimum of two (2) years rental property management, or related rental experience including resolving customer service complaints
* Minimum two (2) years telephone customer service.
