Our **Customer Service Representative Supplies and Accessories** plays a critical role providing first call resolution to customers, ensuring orders are entered correctly and timely, and supports sales, finance, operations, etc. We are looking for someone that enjoys interacting with others in a fast-paced, problem-solving position.

**Main Responsibilities:**

* Establish collaborative relationships with key staff members in other departments such as manufacturing and sales to ensure customer order process is flawless

* Accurately processing, reviewing, and documentation of purchase orders for

Domestic and Canada Supplies to meet corporate guidelines. This includes obtaining necessary approvals from management, sales, legal, finance and/or General Manager as needed

* Providing support to assigned sales force personnel, finance, and customers as it relates billings and adjustments; product return authorizations and credits; complaint reporting and resolution; response to various internal and external inquiries

* Tracking of shipment and providing Proof of Deliveries upon request

* Review current processes, suggest and implement improvements

* Assist team members with procedural and operational questions they may encounter during a non-routine call

* Following up with customers directly on all urgent orders to ensure delivery within expected timeframe

* Following up on orders that have not shipped, advising customers of new delivery dates if necessary.

**Qualifications and Requirements for the Role:**

* Associates Degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience

* Minimum 1-2 years experience in customer-facing rolesPrevious experience in customer service, phone and email interaction, and general administrative duties is a big plus

* Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills for both 1:1 and team level

* Excellent working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite preferred and Oracle (Siebel, EBS) nice but not required
