Position Description: As a Seasonal Customer Service Representative, you will be the first impression to the citizens of Maricopa County. It will be your knowledge that will guide callers in being the first contact resolution for our offices. You will help assist in answering calls, returning phone calls, routing and responding to emails, scheduling meetings, and data entry.
