We are seeking ambitious, energetic, full-time, and part-time Customer Service Representatives that are looking to begin or advance their career. We are looking for self-motivated, entrepreneurial employees who like working with little supervision and oversight, while providing industry leading service. We pride ourselves in providing a great work life balance. Monday - Friday schedules with occasional Saturday opportunities and overtime after 40 hours.Salary: $17.00 to $23.00 hr. Monday through Friday to include one weekend day.Customer Service Representative Essential Functions:Take customer calls and provide accurate, satisfactory answers to their queries and concerns.De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied customers, offering assistance and support.Guide callers through troubleshooting, navigating the company site or using the products or services.Review customer or client accounts, providing updates and information about billing, shipping, warranties, and other account items.Collaborate with other call center professionals to improve customer service.Experience with Microsoft Suite.Strong communication, both written and verbal.Great active listening skills.Exceptional interpersonal and rapport building skills.A patient and empathetic attitude.Strong time management and organizational skills.Adaptability and flexibility.Comfortable working in fast-paced environments.Troubleshooting skills, either basic or advanced.Computer literacy.Customer Service Representative Skills and Attributes:High School Diploma/GED required.Associates/Bachelors is preferred.1-2 years of customer service experience in a business environment or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.Effective verbal/written communication skills in carrying out job duties with various departments and levels of management.Ability to handle both independent and group tasks.Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).Accurate data-entry skills.Basic mathematical skills including calculating percentages and discounts for customers.Capable of solving a variety of customer service problems and supporting a range of personalities and customer types.What benefits we provide:Medical & dental insurances.Life insurance.Short and Long-term disability.13-days of paid time off offered.6-paid holidays.Company Loans.401k after 1-year (ASI matches 50% up to $5000 annually).***Veterans and Business Analyst encouraged to apply****Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.*#J-18808-Ljbffr
