Job Description:

We are seeking a **Customer Service / Scheduler** with Excellent Computer and Communication Skills.

The Customer Service / Scheduler will Schedule Service Appointments, Act as Cashier, and Coordinate between Customers and the Service Team.

**Responsibilities**

* Receive cash, checks and credit card deposit from customers; document, and provide receipts

* Scheduler Service Appointments

* Assist managers with various clerical duties as needed

* Answer and distribute incoming sales calls per procedure

* Be friendly, professional, courteous and efficient when working with all customers and employees

* Familiarize yourself with department structures & internal procedures for assisting customers efficiently

**Qualifications**

* Experience with DealerTrack or Xtime Systems, and Microsoft Office suite is a plus

* Ability to communicate customers' interests needs and requests to management and sales personnel

* Professional personal appearance

* Clean driving record
