Adecco is currently assisting a client in recruiting for a **Customer Service / Shipping** position in **Auburn, NY.** This position is a **temp-to-hire opportunity** with a starting pay rate of **$16-20/hour.**
What kind of skills should candidates have to be successful in this Customer Service/ Shipping job? We are looking for people who can:
+ Manage inbound and outbound calls with varying degrees of questions or concerns
+ Identify and resolve complaints
+ Use a computer system to track customer interactions, record details of inquiries, complaints, comments, and actions taken
+ Lift up to 50 lbs
Candidates must meet the following requirements:
+ At least 1 year of related experience
+ High school diploma or GED
+ Friendly, empathetic & professional
+ Ability to wear multiple hats in a small company environment

**Pay Details:** $16.00 to $20.00 per hour
