What Will You Do?

As a Customer Service Specialist - Driver Support, you will be the primary point of contact for all driver-related requests. You will ensure the accuracy and completeness of driver information, order motor vehicle records, and determine insurability according to company standards.

Pay for this position is $21.60 per hour.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service in all interactions with internal and external customers.

* Respond to incoming calls and electronic requests timely and with a high level of accuracy.

* Maintain and update the processing system to ensure accurate record-keeping.

* Order and evaluate motor vehicle reports to determine driver insurability.

* Support utilization of the online customer portal.

Qualifications:

* High school diploma or GED.

* Prefer 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

* Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and other computer applications.

* Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
