As part of an industry-leading team, you will help empower results for our clients by delivering innovative and effective solutions as part of our Aon Affinity Healthcare Model Office in Fort Washington, PA.

What the day will look like:

  • Provide customer service support via call center lines while meeting process and quality standards.
  • Complete a variety of day-to-day client service work including processing claims, working with brokers, policy endorsements, certificates, binders, payments, cancellations, or other necessary tasks as needed.
  • Monitor and work with offshore resources.
  • Provide excellent customer service to our insureds.
  • Interact with customers, brokers, insurance carrier, and internal sources providing information about coverage.

Skills and experience that will lead to success:

  • 3+ years of customer service experience in the insurance or financial services industry
  • Professional and courteous telephone skills
  • Self-starter with attention to detail and quality
  • Ability to multi-task and handle multiple priorities
  • Demonstrated skills and abilities to be goal-oriented and solve complex issues
  • Possess excellent written communication skills for customer correspondence
  • Demonstrated ability in handling details and key follow-up capability
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
  • Reporting tools experience- analytical experience; reviewing and analyzing report data
  • Strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as a team member

Education:

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • P&C license preferred, or to obtained within 6 months of hire
  • Experience with AS400 or Wintam (Applied) preferred

The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $38,000 to $43,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicants education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicants geographic location.
