We are hiring talented, outgoing, and driven full time Retention Specialists to join our Suntuity team!
Responsibilities and Duties
* Analyze preliminary data to evaluate whether a home may qualify for solar incentives.
* Coordinate sales appointments between customers and energy consultants by way of outbound and inbound dialing.
* Communicate with customers to resolve any issues or concerns
* Make calls to customers who want to cancel, and save the sale.
* Work to better understand and overcome customer objections.
* Reach out to customer leads through warm calling.
* Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
* Open to working evenings and weekends.
Qualifications and Skills
* Experience in call centers or high-volume calls.
* Exemplary communication skills and phone etiquette.
* Must be available nights and weekends.
* Proficiency in CRM/Quickbase, Five9.
* The ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively with very little supervision needed.
* Must have sales call center experience.
