We are a rapidly expanding company seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Store Manager and Customer Service Representative. In this dual role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store while excelling in in-store sales activities. Your skills as a Store Manager will be instrumental in ensuring the store's success, and your ability to provide exceptional customer service will help us maintain and grow our customer base.

Responsibilities

Store Manager Responsibilities:

1.Effective Store Management: Take ownership of the store's daily operations, ensuring its smooth and efficient functioning.

2.In-Store Sales: Proactively engage with customers in the store, providing product information, recommendations, and assistance to drive sales.

3.Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels, restocking, and product placement to optimize sales opportunities.

4.Visual Merchandising: Ensure attractive and compelling visual displays to enhance the shopping experience.

5.Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.

6.Cash Handling: Manage cash registers, process payments, and maintain accurate financial records.

7.Store Maintenance: Maintain the store's cleanliness, organization, and overall appearance.

8.Stock Replenishment: Monitor stock levels, reorder merchandise as needed, and coordinate deliveries.

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:

1. Manage Large Amounts of Incoming Calls: Handle incoming customer inquiries, sales inquiries, and store-related calls efficiently and professionally.

2. Generate Sales Leads: Proactively identify and pursue potential sales opportunities to drive revenue growth.
