**You:**
Customer Service Specialists role is to always be on the lookout for customers that need assistance and advice.
You listen, you help, and you make them want to come back! You are always on the move and making sure that you are available to aid customers or your teammates.
Communicate daily with all customers in person and/or by phone, email, fax as needed to address each customers needs in a prompt and professional manner;
* Enter and maintain current, accurate documentation and files on existing customers and potential customers within the given sales territory.
* Enter and maintain all data, including customer and sales data.
* Present the benefits of our clients products and create solutions to improve customer satisfaction.
* Determine customer requirements and needs to recommend specific products.
* Present price, service, and benefits in accordance with standard procedures.
* Accurately process customer transactions such as orders and quotes
* Attend team meetings for continued training and development of business skills.
* Manage time effectively and meet personal goals.
* Work effectively with other members of the team.
* Basic understanding of smart device technologies like phones, tablets, and computers.
* Follow company and office policies regarding both conduct and team performance.
