  • Create a positive and welcoming experience for all customers and potential customers
  • Assist and resolve customers inquiries and complaints in a professional manner over the telephone
  • Provides general information to customers on company policies, procedures, and cleaning service plans, and performs basic maintenance functions on accounts and transactions as requested via telephone
  • Take applications and gather information service on service requests
  • Aid potential customers in identifying cleaning plans and services best suited to help them reach their unique cleaning needs
  • Work with a team to meet company goals
  • Actively cross-sell company products and services
  • Perform specific assigned jobs including various clerical and receptionist functions, and assist other team members, cleaners, and call center with duties as required
  • Gain valuable experience working in customer care team

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 8-hour shift
  • Day shift

Education:

  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Call center: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
  • housekeeping/residential/commercial cleaning: 1 year (Preferred)

Work Location: Office
