- Provide exceptional hometown customer service in person, by phone, and in written communication.
- Handle multiple customers and queries at once and resolve issues as and when they arise.
- Demonstrate high attention to detail with minimal supervision.
- Learn and utilize multiple information processing systems.
Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of 1 year of administrative experience required.
- Able to maintain customer confidentiality.
- Strong time management skills.
- Proficient in computer skills.
- Become a Colorado Notary Public prior to completing six months of employment with YVB and able to maintain this commission throughout employment in this position.
