**Customer Service Specialist**
**Piedmont Urgent Care - Remote/Atlanta, GA - Full Time**
* Associates Degree (Bachelors degree preferred) in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Three or more years experience in call center operations.
* Five or more years of customer service (patient) experience required.
* Analytical skills with strong organization skills required.
* Creative problem-solving skills required.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications to include advanced Excel skills required.
* EMR Experience
* Urgent Care Experience desired.
* Ability to communicate clear instructions to employees and patients
* Ability to supervise urgent care center & occupational health employees to ensure quality of service to the patient, productivity of the center and efficiency of the assigned staff
* The ability to understand and enforce standard health care regulatory requirements
