Job Description:

Our client, a leading provider of maintenance services, is seeking candidates with business to business customer service experience for a great opportunity at their location in Norristown, Pa! This is a hybrid position that will work 2 days in office and 3 days from home. Equipment will be provided. Job Details for Customer Service Specialist:

  • Hours: 8:30am - 5:30pm, M-F
  • Hybrid Schedule - 2 days in office, 3 days at home per week
  • Pay: Up to $22/hr, based on experience
Job Description for Customer Service Specialist:
  • Handled inbound calls and reply to client emails regarding services that we provide
  • Write and submit proposals to clients for approval
  • Manage the internal platform by accepting and entering work orders
  • Follow up on work orders to ensure that clients service level agreements are being maintained and manage the work order flow
Qualifications for Customer Service Specialist:
  • College degree preferred
  • At least 1 year of business to business customer service experience
  • Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel)
