  • A High School diploma or GED equivalent.
  • A passion for customer service, customer retention, and problem-solving.
  • Experience working in retail or sales is preferred.
  • Demonstrated negotiation skills and the ability to diffuse challenging situations.
  • Strong time management skills to excel in a fast-paced environment.
  • High Accuracy rate in your work including communications, documentation, etc.
  • Self-motivated, creative, flexible, willing to take initiative, be accountable, and able to effectively handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Demonstrate a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Must be able to accurately complete basic math calculations.
  • Employment is contingent on passing a pre-employment, post-offer background check
