Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate all customer orders accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Liaise with sales and product teams to ensure order details are precise and meet customer expectations.
  • Provide prompt updates on the status of customer orders, and communicate any changes or delays effectively.
  • Coordinate with logistics, warehouses, and carriers to ensure on-time delivery of products.
  • Communicate with customers regarding order status, pricing, and product information.
  • Review and generate reports as required to monitor order statuses and other key metrics.
  • Advocate for process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Attend meetings with party venues, hotels, and corporations to establish and maintain strong relationships.
  • Visit and join relevant industry associations to stay engaged with the market.
  • Participate in various trade shows and hospitality events throughout the year to represent the company and promote our products.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with clients to ensure their needs are consistently met and anticipate any future requirements.
  • Stay current with industry trends and competitors to ensure a competitive edge.
  • Maintain continuity with hotel contacts as they move from property to property.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and be results-oriented. Business attire may be required for certain meetings and events.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the textile or related industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a focus on delivering superior client experiences.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Bachelor's degree or Associate's degree is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Must demonstrate high levels of integrity and personal responsibility.
