Location: Reno, NV

Pay: $20/hour

Experience: 2+ years of applicable job experience preferred

Education: High school diploma or GED required

Type: Full-time; Direct Hire

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Greene Resources is seeking a Client Service Specialist to join a growing and dynamic team!

Job Description:

• Attach applications to appropriate client file in Microsoft CRM
• Collaborate with internal teams and offer support to the Account Managers and Benefits Consultants
• Answer incoming phone calls
• Prepare census for new groups and renewals
• Liaison for our other brokers on our associated health plan renewals
• Create and print open enrollment materials (benefits guidebooks, election forms, etc.)
• Maintain accurate benefits records, including enrollment forms and plan documents, ensuring that all forms are completed accurately and submitted in a timely manner
• Maintain and update our website and post on our social media site
• Create marketing flyers
• Participate and assist with onsite and offsite work events

Position Requirements:

• Proficient with Microsoft Office products is required
• Strong attention to detail
• Possess a positive, can-do attitude
• Self-motivated, flexible and disciplined
• Ability to work independently as well as in team environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced production environment
